Oxygen sensor DAQ (dumb ass question)

How hard is it to change he upstream O2 sensor on my '99 NA V70? I'm no wrencher, but I'm not totally inept. Can I do this? What do I need?

The second part of this question is how hard is it to splice in one of those universal sensors? I have been advised that they are easy to screw up.

Thanks

Thanks anyway, Klaus. That's about 650 miles for me. I'll look for someone more local.

Great place to order over the phone or directly on their web site. Cheapest OEM around.

Not too terrible. Remember, the wires will not fit through a box end wrench or a ratchet, unless you have a special one for that purpose. Look around on volvospeed.com Seems there is a Volvo dealer with really good prices in north or south Carolina.

Getting a generic does leave you with a couple of questions: which wire is which, and will the O2 sensor last.
