Installation of 850 wagon cargo cover 850

I picked up a cargo cover for our '97 850 wagon, mostly to hide the clutter. Don't keep a lot of valuable stuff in the car!

Anyway, our wagon has never had a cargo cover before. Can I just mark the spots in the plastic and drill 4 holes to mount the cover or is it more involved than that?
