Sparkplug cover S70 2000

Hey everyone!
I made a strong effort to change my spark plugs a couple of weeks ago , only to find out that one of the torque screws connected to the black plastic cover that houses the spark plugs has been stripped. any suggestions how to get that stripped screw out?

Thanks in advance !

I've never done this before, but I would probably try to use an extractor. Get one at Sears or something. This is what you're looking for:

ask in the hardware dept for an "EZ Out", buy the set, 4 or 5 sizes in a set, not expensive, so you know you have the proper size to remove the screw
