suspension upgrade S70 1998

hi all

subject is a '98 S70w/ 75k, w/ a suspension thats a bit long in the tooth..creaky, and a bit more compliant than should be..as long as I am going to r'n'r, thinking of upgrading it..was thinking of Bilsteins..anyone have any experience..have used them in a BMW, was quite satisfied..just looking for a bit firmer than stock...new springs???was going to do strut mounts, as long as I;'m in there, any other bits I should look at replacing as well...I know there is some sort of spacer in the rear, keeps the rears from creaking(which mine does)...thanks to all in advance for input and advice

I liked the Koni Sport adjustables. Fronts are easy to adjust, the rear are harder and a pain.
Yes, get all new mounts. Someone mentioned the XC90 mount fits just fine and is much harder to break.
Springs should last a lifetime or longer. The end links from IPD are much better than OEM.
Be careful taking the ABS line holder off the strut. There is a very small plastic pin that needs to be punched out to remove.

Also a good time to check your brake lines for cracks.
