Testing "Idle Air Control Valve'- Help from 850 owner w/ Voltmeter? 850 1995

I'm trying to march through trouble-shooting my no-start. The Bentley manual for 240 gives resistance measurements for the Idle Air Control Valve (outer terminals = 40 ohms, between center and each outer = 20 ohms). Mine is closer to 20 ohms and 10 ohms.

Can anyone tell me the correct resistance for IAC on an 850? (Current part # is 9454745. Number off mine is 0280140542. )

I will be grateful if someone could maybe unplug theirs and measure resistance across all 3 terminals?

With the key turned to posII, the IAC motor should humm or vibrate.

Check for fuel pressure at the end of the injector rail by pushing in on the schrader valve. Keep a shop rag handy in case there is some pressure.

The fuel pump should humm for a second or 2 after turrning the key to posII, if not verify that the fuel pump relay is working.

    Check all codes in a-6.

    Hi,
if you have LH3.2/EZ129K engine management system on your 850-95
-then according to my information IAC terminals 1-2 is about 10 ohm and
    terminals 2-3 also about 10 ohm (=9-14ohm).
For a no-start I wouldn't focus on IAC as idel rpm control unit.
Lawn mover syndrom and lifters? fuel pump relay? plugs? any codes?
