Looking to buy 2002 V40 S40-V40

I'm looking at 2002 V40 with 68K miles. Asking for $7700. What do you think about it? How reliable is S40/V40? Does it have timing belt? Do they have transmission and oil RMS leak problems?

No RMS leak probs on this model.
Timing belt can be replaced later than the 850/v70s.
Besides the general stuff, on this model look for:
motor mounts going bad (shaky feeling)
front wheel bearings (noises)

Any strange noises should be highly suspect.
Price is fine if all is well and service papers included.
