turbo interchangability S70

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if a turbo charger from a 2001 V70 would fit a '98 S70 low pressure turbo? It's on ebay and they didn't give a part number.

Thanks,
David

Without a part number, I would be skeptical. There is one out there for a 1998:

But it doesn't say how many miles are on it. $208 plus shipping?

Have you asked around at places that rebuild truck turbos? If it is just the seals, then it shouldn't be that bad. If it is the bearings, you will need a new turbo.
Call Erie Vovo at their 800 number. They usually guarantee their parts for a year. At least you know what you get.
