'97 850 GLT 170K

How do I check or verify the Turbo? Who rebuilds and what is an approx. cost?

When I first brought this new addition home, the Check Engine Light was on. I plan on going to the local auto parts store and reading the code(s). Where is the connector? After the second day (300 miles & 12 starts) the light went out...

So wanting to verify the Turbo Operation I "punched" it and didn't have much "get-up & go", kinda sputttered a bit and the "Check Engine" light started Flashing for about 30 seconds and then just stayed on.

Otherwise the enginge runs real smooth.

What octane fuel is the tank right now?

This is ony my 2nd tank with this car. I only use 93+. I also just put some Techron Injector Cleaner in.

You need to check those codes..the connector is inside the car in the center console directly to the left of the cig lighter...where is some models there is the coin holder..that is the cover that just pop right out and the obd2 connector is underneath.
