Please let me know what you all think.
Should I purchase the 1997 850 volvo with 70,000 miles on it or a 1995 850 Turbo volvo with 84,000 miles on it. It is for an 18 year old boy.

    Neither one!!! Do a search on Torchlight Motors and find out why you should never buy a car there.

    As for a high pressure turbo Vs a low pressure turbo, get the low pressure for your 18yr old. If you can find a NA with a 5 speed, get that! There are 2 close to the Twin Cities.
