My turbo is leaking oil V70-XC70

It is a 98 AWD. It is leaking oil very bad, but no smoke. Would like to know, the cost to replace the seal. I read it somewhere, if the seal is bad, most likely the turbo is not going to last long either, is it ture?

Is the oil leak internal to the turbo or external? Most external leaks are from the oil return line seal.
Internal leaks are normal(?) if it is light. A couple of drops from the weep hole under the intercooler at the front of the car.
