Volvo 1996 850R S/W Tires recommendations 850 1996

I'm currently in the market to replace my 4 tires and would like suggestions as to alternatives for replacing my current tires. I'm rocking some Hankook 205/45ZR 17 91Y and still enjoy them but they are down to their end of life. My concern with my future set of tires is road noise, longevity & performance (not in that exact order).

Aggressive driving and the occasional autocross has seen me through kumo's, Yoko's, BFG's, Generals, and Nitto's.

The Yoko Parada Spec 2 were great, but super soft and didn't last long.

The General tires came apart (pebble size chunks of tread) after one autocross.

The BFG G-Force sport were good all around, and lasted a longer than most, and offered decent grip. A good choice for normal driving.

I'm currently sporting a set of Nitto NT Neogen ZR that I really like. They are super grippy, provide good steering response without being noisy or harsh, and are great in the rain. Not sure how long they will last, but for the money they are my favorite so far.

I've been running 215/40/17 for years, and like the extra width (looks good and protects the rims a bit).

Good luck,
Robert
