Does anyone have any idea how to get the old switch out? I took out the screw under the pry out square but it still won't come out. Then I pulled off the outer panel and it seemed to be glued in place. I get the feeling that this door was not ment to be taken apart.

    The window switch pops out of the door panel. Put the screw back in.

    Use a very small screwdriver and jam it down at the rear of the black plastic and carefully pry it up. Don't break the plastic in the armrest. Once the rear is up a little, try from the side. The plastic hold down clips are on each side - near the front and near the rear.
