Automatic transmission Fuid V70-XC70

Hello Mateys ! !

Just got a 98 v70 T5... which is in poor state.. I wouldlike to
do a transmission Flush... But a little confused as to the type of
ATF to use... I would like to go for Mobile 1... Is there more
than one type of Mobile 1... What is a good and safe ATF to use ?

Advice would be greatly Appreciated..

Thanks-A-Lot..

Greg.

PS: Klaus..FYI / Had Problem with the Blower Motor. Dug in and while checking
voltage on its connector it started to work. Pulled the motor
out... its so tightly sealed.. could not find any loose connection,
put it back and so for its working. When I had it running in my hand I
could feel surges and pulses?

Mobile 1 ATF. The newer 5 speed automatics use Mobile 3309 fluid.

Off topic. Just a bad connection on the blower? Good. The pulses are normal unless it is switched to high speed. The electricity is pulsed to slow the speed of the blower. If the kick panel is still off, check the wires back to the resistor to make sure none of them are showing signs of over heating.

My blower problem was the resistor.
