ignition switch - KlausC S60 2004

I got the car home , like you said had to turn the key pretty hard ,but it
started. once in the driveway ,I kept switching it back and forth and it got a little better,but you can tell something is still wrong.
Do you know what I would have to adjust or replace to get it working correctly again. Thanks.
