Wobble over 40 S60

Hi

Our 2004 S60(AWD)has a waw-waw sound over 40 MPH. Took off all wheels and reved car up to 40. The vibration started. I could see the Right front outer hub whobbling from under the car. It could be the 1/2 shaft or "wheel bearing". The whobble isn't much. Any ideas?

When I changed the rear hub there was a greinding noise.

I seriously think the bearings are OK and not the source. When bearings go bad, they get noisy, not out of round.
Probably a bad CV joint or bent axle.
