I own a '01 C70 that I purchased 3 years ago. Overall, the car has been great, but I recently experienced a problem with the right rear power window.

I pushed the switch to put all the windows up and all went up except the rr, which went up about half-way and stopped.

The rr window will not go up any further nor will it go back down and I can hear a snapping and grinding noise when I push the button for this window.

I am guessing that I have a problem with the dreaded regulator for this window.

I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so, how expensive the repair bill was for this. Thanks, Fred.

I have had my '99 C70 for about 8 months, and just started having a bit of an issue with that same window on my car... The rear buttons never worked too well for my rear windows (Drivers door buttons always work okay) but that window has started to 'stall' about an inch up from all the way down. It will go up and down okay, but does not retract all the way sometimes...

I wonder if there is a maintenance or lubrication issue I should attend to?
