Replacement of Spark Plugs S60

I replace the spark plugs on my wife 06 S60T. I button everything backup and started the car . The car started up and the engine was vibrating more than usual and stumbling. I removed the new plugs and replace the old ones and the is still vibrating and chugging as if was to shut off..I am very sure I replace the coil pack in the same (original ) order ????

Are there any messages or check engine light? Sounds like one of the coils went bad during the process.
