Could you tell me if a 95/96 Volvo 850 Glt non turbo manifold and exhaust is the same as S70. Everything looks to be the same by appearance.

I'd bet the part numbers don't match. Both years have 2.4L engines and I would suspect that the exhaust manifolds would swap.
