when i go to break i feel a bit of vibration in the back and i am hearing a whine from the front 2 breaks yet that happens continuously i was wondering if it is 2 seperate problems or if the noise and the vibration is part of one issue. thanks.

Probably 2 different issues. You need to inspect all four brakes.
When you get a wheel up in the air, rotate forwards and make sure the caliper is not stuck, especially the rear.
Buy a small tube of brake grease and clean the slide pins on the front brakes, greasing then nicely before putting back on.

Don't forget to chock the wheels before lifting the car. And the lugnuts need to be torqued at 82lbs.
