Am I Missing a Fuse Somewhere? V70-XC70 2001

Quick summary: I had a flat this weekend and used a 12V emergency tire pump to re-inflate my tire. After about 5 minutes the pump abruptly stopped working. I checked all (3) 12V sockets in the car and found that none of them worked. I then checked all fuses in the fuse box in the engine compartment and found that none of the the fuses had blown.

Is there someplace I may have missed as far as checking circuit integrity or other fuses I may not be aware of?

Any help greatly appreciated.
