What would cause this?
Are there grounds that I should check?
Is there a pin on the ecu to test?

On a non turbo the Yellow wire is on pin A-22 and the Yellow/White wire goes to pin A-7.

On a turbo the Yellow wire goes to pin A-26 and the Yellow/White wire goes to pin A-17.

I'm not sure which side is A and which is B but you should be able to chase it down with a VOM.
