Surging Brake when stopping. 850 1997

Just recently my car decided to have this surging feeling when coming to a stop. The rpm's are right where they should be, around 850-9ish when stopped. It actually gets somewhat violent and causes all the loose bells and whistles in the car to rattle. Then once at a complete rest, the pulse disapates and the car acts fine while waiting at a light.
Could this be vaccum related to the brake booster? I am pretty puzzled.

That was a little hard to translate, but you may be correct in that the oneway vacuum valve may not be functioning correctly. To test it, push on the brake pedal real hard and then start the car. The pedal should sink about 1 inch or so after the car starts.
After the car is warmed up, push on the brake and watch the idle. Does it change at all? Another indication of a faulty valve.
The oneway valve is a little hard to replace because of the barbs on the valve stem on both ends. The warmer the plastic, the easier it is to remove. Then you can just blow through it to test it before buying a new one.
