VADIS source S40-V40 2004

Hi

Anyone here can recommend me a good source to obtain the VADIS for my 2004 V40? Heard they are valuable for anyone considering working on their V40s.

Thanks in advance!

I know I am at least one of those that recommended VADIS to you and wish someone could respond to you with current source information.

If you haven't already, you might post the same question on Volvospeed, Mathews Volvo site, or others. Surely someone will have information.

When I picked mine up on e-bay, I knew I was taking a chance but I just picked a seller who had been around long enough to rack up high numbers and had a very high percentage of positive comments. I also took the time to read a lot of the comments.

The one I got from a US seller I think originally came from the UK as it refers to tyres instead of tires, has some "unusual" names for some tools and parts, and provides information for right hand driver's seat in addition to left; but it is a genuine Volvo copyrighted CD.

I found this current listing from someone in the UK for $89 plus shipping (seller has 99.2% positive feedback with 472 comments since 2004). Perhaps someone has used this seller and can provide a recommendation.

Current Listing:

Wow ... the VADIS that fellow is offering is a BIG sum after conversion to the local currency here. But the screenshots by the seller is really insightful and helpful. I now understand why you recommend VADIS. It appears or looks better than Haynes.

I've been lurking around in the other forums but haven't gotten around registering myself yet. Will ask around there.

Thanks.
