MY MILE METER STOPED RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME HALF THE LIGHTS ON THE DASHBOARD DIED , IS THERE A FUSE FOR THIS? THE LIHGTS I ASSUME A BULB BUT WHAT ABOUT THE MILEMETER??

The odometer and the lights are not related. The odometer needs a new small plastic wheel replaced, and please replace it. Your engine computer stores the miles traveled and you might make someone mad if they bought yur car and found out that the odometer and the actual miles are a long way apart!

The instrument bulbs are easily changed out at the same time. Check these pictures:
