Please Help Me 1989

I just bought an 89 Honda Prelude and it dies after about 30 to 45 min. of driving and i dont know why... It will start back up and then dies a gain but if u keep tryin it ,it eventually starts and runs great again..i have checked the relays and does nothing different . when u start it and keep the key in the start position it will stay running but if u let off the key to run it dies again, it is like the engine loses electrical power.. The distributor, starter , relays and alternator have all been either replaced or checked ... I'm lst please help!!!!!!

This is a Volvo board, so have you checked the electrical connection behind the ignition switch? It sounds like it is loose or has a burned contact. Easy to replace on Volvos.
