1995 Volvo 850 GLT Sedan just replaced EGR and it senor unit now more problems! 850 1995

I just had work done last week by replacing the EGR Unit and the EGR Sensor itself, along with a new radiator. The error codes I was receiving all pertained to this problem hence why the fix. Well that did not last long. Now I get error codes for the front & rear O2 sensors. Both of which were replaced this past fall. Could this be a vacuum leak? If so where & where should I look? What lines should be replaced?

I wonder what codes you have specifically? I have had the experience that if I change something on the engine related to mixture control (repair a vacuum leak, clean pcv, etc) that I might get one of the fuel trim or other oxygen sensor related codes - which will then disappear after a few weeks of varied driving.

With all respect that is due to Klaus for his great advice, I wouldn't spray water anywhere near an engine's intake system, cold or hot.

Several vacuum elbows, the worst one is on the passenger side of the intake manifold - a little hard to see and even harder to replace. The other location is under the battery tray.
Also check the vacuum line coming off the vacuum "tree" at the throttle body.

Check for an intake manifold gasket leak by spraying a mist of water on it to see if it gets sucked in. Do this with a cool engine.
