I'm having trouble R&R my alternator. The lower bolt is very difficult to access. Do most of you pull the radiator or is there another trick?

Thee's an access panel in the passenger side wheel well that may help.

Access panel in the passenger's wheel well will not do squat for your alternator. The lower bolt is kind of a pain in the ass, I have always removed them with a long extension and a wobbly socket of the correct size. Come in from under neath the intake manifold and you can snake up in there and get right on it. When you have the other bolts loose and you take out the bottom one the whole accesory mount bracket should come loose too.
