My engine won't start, repair shop can't access computer. Is it legal for the Volvo dealership to withhold the code toaccess my computer? Dealership is 1 hour from home so it is inconvient, would prefer my mechanic to work on my car. Does anyone know how to get code from either dealer or Volvo?
