Quick question, my bro's '98 V70 XC AWD needs Lower control arms and both left and right tie rods. Good place to buy parts? How do I know if he has the 2-bolt or 4-bolt to body arms? Or does that indicate upper and lower?

    Most turbo models have the 4 bolt. The XC is a turbo. Check here for decent prices:

    You might want to visually check the car before you place the order. While you are at it, check the front engine mount above the right control arm.
