Gauge indicator light, what is it? S40-V40 2001

Hi.

In cold weather i get a light comming on the main gauge cluster.
It's a red exclamation point with a circle around it. My owner's manual says nothing about it. Help appreciated.

    I Have a 2000 S40. On pg.20 the light says "Bulb failure warning light" when one of the brake light bulbs are out or defective. Pete
