Oil around turbo 850

I was changing my Turbo oil return hose today and I noticed that there was oil on the actual turbo unit. Does anyone know what this could me? My exhaust color is normal and I believe it's been leaking for a while.

    Some of that could be from the return oil seal, air does blow those oil droplets everywhere. I also have leftover dried oil/dirt from when my seal was leaking.
    Clean off as much as you can, so that if it comes back after 1,000 miles you will be able to determine where it is coming from.
