New to me 97 850 T5 that the engine appears to have been swapped...

I just bought a 97 850 T5 for real cheap $1400. The car drives real well, I have driven it at least 100 miles.

From going thru the service receipts I noticed the engine was changed out. I took at look at the engine and notice it was a B5254T engine. It is should have a B5234T engine. It drive real nice. Should I be concerned?

See no reason to worry as you appear to have all the servicd records. Just enjoy it. From the description the engine appears to be from a low pressure turbo.
