How do I turn off the Service Due message on the 2002 XC? Thanks, Bill

For 2002:

1. turn ignition to position I
2. press and hold the trip odometer reset button and wait for the trip milage to set to zero
3. while still holding the button in, turn the key to position II and wait for the original trip miles to re-appear
4. release the button

I just posted a message asking for the procedure for a 2005 since the above won't work. But it used to work on my 2002
