Meaning of timing belt markings V70-XC70

Sorry to ask this again but my last thread got partially hijacked and I really need an answer to this. What is the meaning of this data printed on a timing belt and, more precisely, is there any date-of-manufacture in the coding?

Meaning of timing belt markings V70-XC70

Okay here's a helper I got from a person at Gates but I'm still missing the date of manufacture - The belt was made by Conti-tech. 9 440 383 is a pre-2002 Volvo part number attributed to the 72,000 mile rated belt. After that there is apparently a new part number and the belt's life was upgraded to 105,000 miles. The 142-23 signifies 142 teeth and 23 mm width. So, the info I need is encoded into the 16211 numerics. Any ideas amongst the great minds of this forum?
