OBDII Check Engine Code P0302 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected 850

Check Engine light is on. I purchased an OBD II reader to avoid a trip to the mechanic. It reports cylinder 2 misfire. Any suggestions on how to further troubleshoot. Engine hesitates during acceleration and has a rough idle.
Are there any typical causes for this problem?

Thanks,

You could be in need of new plugs, new wires, or a new cap and rotor.
If you want to salvage the current plugs, clean them nicely and regap them, put on some anti-sieze and put them back in.

Please answer, we need to know if the advice is good or bad. The 164 has a new home, all I am left with are 2 turbos :)

Tho ignition is most likely it could also be a sticking or leaking injector or a mechanical problem (low compression on that cylinder).
