850 relpace oil trap--question

Okay--I'm about to replace all of the pcv components (hoses, breather box, etc.) on my 1996 NA 850. FCP sells a kit--has anyone actually needed to replace all of the clamps (hoses I understand)? I recon I could get by without them and reuse the originals. Penny-wise and pound-foolish to do so? Thanks!

Take a good look at your clamps that are on the car. They are not reuseable, except for the 2 on the separator box. If you do not like them, autparts stores sell clamps for hoses that you screw tight. Beware of the general purpose clamps without an inside smooth liner, they tend to rip into the hoses when you tighten them.

Please answer, we need to know if the advice is good or bad. The 164 has a new home, all I am left with are 2 turbos :)

Thanks! Great to know this in advance. I think I am good to go with the fcp kit and the intake manifold gasket from the dealer.
