s70 lpt with ecm S70

I am new to this board but have a question about my 99 s70 lpt with the ecm
-i have a boost gauge i need to hook up
-i have looked all over the internet for the boost line to tee into.
*this car has the electronic throttle body, mounted under the manifold
-i played around this weekend with a air pressure guage and teed into the :
-wastegate tube, manifold tube, intercooler pipe tube
-- i had the gauge hooked to a 3 foot tube where i could drive the car and see the gauge on my windshield to verify when it kicks in, still no readings
-There are no vacuum lines at the throttle body
*can anyone help ?
-thanks, james

-someone did post where you can tap into the line at the right side on the manifold, but this is a vacuum, not boost.

    Hello,

IPD instructs you to connect the line to the small rubber hose on the drivers side of the intake manifold. There is a large hose connected straight into the end of the drivers side (goes to the brake booster, etc). The small hose that I'm referring to is 90° from the large one, faces the firewall. Anyway, allocate a vacuum T-fitting and tap in there. Let me know if you need anything else.

thanks for the input. I tried all the different lines and the one that seems to work effectively is the unit attached to the front inner side of the air box . it is the sensor/line that feeds off the wastegate and the turbo. The guage reads .04 bar on full boost, i believe this is correct. .05 bar is 7.5 lbs? I'll take some pix thios wekend of the location if anyone needs it. The boost gauge is from a subaru wrx, the micro one. It fits perfectly in the left dash opening where the rear fog light switch is.

The boost gauge is a vacuum gauge. It ties into any vacuum line, but not the intercooler line, which is hardly vacuum.
When the rpms go up the pressure goes positive and when you let up off the gas the pressure goes negative.

Please answer, we need to know if the advice is good or bad. The 164 has a new home, all I am left with are 2 turbos :)
