blowing fuses V70-XC70 2000

2000 XC, in the last 3 weeks I have blown the #10 fuse,-- ignition switch, Control Modules- Engine and Transmission -- twice. I've replaced the fuse and then had to jump start the car. The first time it was a rather hot day. The 2nd I don't remember it being so hot but I also don't remember the cooling fan coming on after shutting the motor off. All other fuses appear to be OK. Anybody else experienced a problem like this? Any ideas what may be causing this and a direction I can go with this to prevent further outbreaks?

It turned out to be a "swollen" battery. It sprung a leak as well. The positive cable had been torched to boot. Replaced those and everything seems just fine.
