A couple of weeks ago, I lost blower speeds 1, 2, and 3, but high was fine. Easy fix, it's the resistor pack right? Well after replacing it with a new genuine Volvo pack, it worked for 3 days, and while on vacation ( of course) I lost 1, 2, and 3 again. Sure it's possible that the new pack failed quickly, but not that likely. Fuse 31 is OK too. AC compressor still runs, so at highway speed there is a bit of cool airflow. Of course I'll have to diagnose it all over, but until I can, is it possible the blower motor is bad and only works on high? What about the fan switch, what are the odds it only connects on high? Or is it most likely I got a defective resistor pack? Again, this is the manual AC, not the ECC.
