Cruise control not functioning 850 1995

Can anyone give me some detailed tips or photos on going about troubleshooting the cruise control?
It has not worked for awhile now and actually stopped working right after I had the automatic trans rebuilt by an Indy shop. They did a great job on the tranny but I think they may have forgot to re-connect some of the vaccum lines. I know that there si some conections right under the battery tray but I am not sure what I am looking for specifically. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
Thanks.

If the lines are not connected or cracked, they will be very evident. Just in case the tranny guys didn't do it, check the switch above the brake pedal.

Klaus, am I correct in that there are a few cruise control vaccum lines under the battery tray? Is that the best spot to look for cracked or disconnected lines? Also regarding your comment about "checking the switch" above the brake pedal, what am I checking for? To see if the switch is still working or just a connection? If I need a new switch, what do I ask for when ordering the part?

      Thanks.

The switch has a plastic pin that extends from it to the pedal. Just touching the pedal will move the pin, very sensitive. If the pin does not move, probable for replacement.

Yes, the vacuum line is under the battery tray.

EDIT: Wait, this is a 1995! check the codes in B-2!

Klaus, can you please help me out with a simple question. What button sequence do I press again to withdraw any trouble codes from the B-2 box?
I know baout turning the key to auxiliary first, then put the fly leads in B-2 but I have forgotten what to do next.

          Thanks.

            It's also in 700/900FAQs.
Push button once, get code. Keep puhing once until the codes start to repeat. Then push down for 7 seconds. When the red light comes back on, push again for 7 seconds.
Then push once, get code. 1-1-1 is clear. 122 is OK also.
