rough idle on 00 s40 1.9 T, checked codes S40-V40 2000

I have a 00 s40 with a rough idle, I have checked the codes and here is what came up
1. 650 malfuncion indicator lamp
2. 300 random misfire
3. 301 cylinder 1 misfire
4. 14 cam position timing over advance or system performance
5. mass air volume
6. 02 sensor bank 1

I know this seems like a lot of codes. Wich ones could effect the rough idle.
The engine smooths out when reved above 1500 rpm's or when I get going above 15 mph. I have checked to see if I am getting spark from the coils at the plugs and I am. Also do you think the flame trap needing cleaned out could cause a rough idle. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Dennis

Well, cleaning the maf will help considerably. So will the flame trap.

You need to keep the codes cleaned out, some of them are stored but never self cleaned by the ECU. The 301 caused the CEL. That is usually caused when plugs hit 25K miles or so. If the 301 happens again, swap the coil pack with #2 and if the code returns with a 302, replace the coil.

Thanks for the advice Klaus. How do I go about cleaning the MAF. I believe the Oil traps under the Intake so, I suppose I will have to remove it.
      Thanks

Whoa, nothing radical. Check the oil breather hose at the turbo intake, that is where the line goes. Just check that it is clear of sludge. Simple.

The MAF unscrews from the intake, and just use brake cleaner on it, gently. Give the air filter a good shake, or replace it. If it is a H&N, then clean it, but use very little oil after.

Check all of those vacuum lines, especially the one that goes to the throttle body.

        Just fun stuff,
