Better late than never. The 2 litre engine is very good as is the 5 speed manual shifter. If you plan on using the air conditioning, make sure it blows ice cold. The evaporators tend to develop leaks and fixing that is hard.

The USA market does not have the 2 litre engine, but you still need to keep the oil breather system clean. Dealers do not maintain this, they just wait for all of the seals to pop out and then charge you a fortune to replace the seals.
