Rear door windows go down at a normal speed but going up is very very slow, fronts go up and down normal.

    Sounds like the window guide liners are getting very dirty. Back in the good old days, my Dad and I would use bar soap as a lubricant in the guides. I haven't a solution for these modern cars.
