My check engine light recently turned on while driving this past weekend. while driving the overdrive/winter mode arrow flashing, check engine, ABS and BRAKE lights went on. after turning the car off for a while the only light to remain on was the check engine light. today i purchased a generic code reader from walmart and it gave me the following three codes. P1618, P1633, and P0722. After searching a bit on the internet i believe that my problem may be the ABS unit. can someone confirm that all i need to do is send my unit to Vic Rocha and ill be all set. thanks again for all the help.

Sounds like a ABS module. Had pretty much the same codes and ABS plus brake light on a couple of weeks ago. P0722 as well, but not the other two you mention.
Took the ABS out, sent it to someone I found on Ebay (not sure if this is Victor). Cost was $79+$20 shipping. Came back within a couple of days with a lifetime warranty. Cleared the codes and then connected it again. Have been driving appx. 1000 miles since with no codes whatsoever and just passed inspection.

The p0722 is the speed sensor failure. If you clear all of the codes, do all 3 come back?

the lights came back on, ABS module??

just cleared them yesterday. ill let you know if they come back on. I'm convinced its the ABS unit. ill keep you posted, thanks for all the help. anything else i should be looking to replace or check besides the ABS unit?
