I have now had a chance to inspect the wheel. I think the tire deflated rapidly, possibley due to being pinched against a curb. There is no sign of a nail or any tread area damage.

The wheel rim is noticably bent over a 2.5" section on the inside of the wheel. The deflection is about <.25"

Is this driveable?

Is this repairable?

Is there a source of used replacement wheels that is dependable?

Try your dealer. mine has a bunch of wheels in a barn, they got one for me when they sold me aused car with a bent rim.

You could call B & D in Shirley Massachusetts, they have hundreds of wrecked Volvos.
