Replacement Tire Suggestions (215/50R16) for 2004 S40 T5 S40-V40 2004

Hi! I have a belt seperating on the tires of my 2004 S40 T5 (size 215 / 50 R16). In talking to several tire dealers, my options seem to be quite limited (BF Goodrich, Falken, and Kumho). I'm not a big fan of any of these brands. I am a little picky... I live in northern Wisconsin and need an all season tire.

Has anyone replaced this size tire? And if so, what tire did you use and are you satisfied / unsatisfied? Or, does anyone have alternative tire recommendations?

    Ditto in Bridgestone Turanzas "V" rated. They are great in snow and very quiet.

    After checking tirerack.com I decided on Bridgestone Turanzas for my 2002 S40. These replaced the original Michelins at 39,000mi. The tirerack opinions of the Michellin MXV Energys matched my experience so closely I figured the Bridstone reviews should be dependable....they were right on.

    The Michellins handeled well but wore out too quickly and had HORRIBLE handeling in wet and snow. I'm sure you would agree being from Wisconsin.

    The Bridgestones have delivered in all aspects. Same price range as the Michellins but do very well ( for an all-season) in the wet and snow. I was so pleased with these I put a set on my V70 recently.
