    Which oil?

Sorry, I hit the enter button.

I went to pick up some Mobil 1, but got confused. I couldn't decide between regular synthetic, High Mileage, and Extended Performance. What do you recommend? Thanks.

We wonder what kind of car you have and year and milage. Do you do mostly city/suburban or highway driving?
Good old regular Mobile 1 synthetic should be good enough for most cars.

Sorry for my lack of information and thanks for the reply. My wife's car is 99 NA V70 with 106,000 miles. She drives it around town with an occasional road trip. We've had it for 20,000 and just had the timing belt and water pump changed. I've used Mobil 1 and Mobil 1 Extended Performance. What service periods do you recommend with Mobil 1 EP. Also, what plugs do recommend? Thanks

I only recommend Volvo spark plugs at 30K intervals. I change my synthetic oil every 7K miles. I flush the tranny every 30K miles. And I make sure the PCV vacuum system is clean.
I also stop by Autozone to read any codes and have them cleared at every oil change. That way, I know if anything is amiss before the check engine light comes on.
