Rough idle at start. Cause? V70-XC70 2001

I get a roungh idle upon starting first time in day. Has never stalled out.
My first ETM went at about 65K miles, now at 113K.

Car runs fine o/w, mileage same, turbo/acceleration same as when new.

Does this sound like current ETM or should I be looking at some other cause?

Weather/temp not really an issue here in Florida

Sam,
Have you pulled the plugs and checked the electrode to see if it is rounded? May be time for new ones.
