Headlight Wipers Not Working 850

Both of my headlight wipers stopped working. Checked the wiring diagram for a relay/fuse for them and couldn't see it. Is there are relay? If so, where?

    The relays are under the dash and you need to be upside down to see them. Make sure that the light switch on the dash has the headlights turned on. If the switch is off or on parking lights, the wipers will not work. Having daytime running lights on does not count.
