I can't find the underdash electrical accessory connector V70-XC70 1999

According to the manual picture, I should find it dangling somewhere under the instrument panel, but all the connectors I see are plugged into sockets!

What am I missing?

I don't think they make anything that dangles under the dash. What exactly is an electrical accessory connector? Do you by chance mean the OBDII connector?

Nope, not the OBDII.

It's usually pushed up under the dash...you'll have to lie on your back with a flashlight and fish it out. Once you do that, it'll be danglin' until you push it back up in there again.

Thanks for letting me know it's really up there - I tried with a mirror and flashlight last nite - I'll take a better look today.
